He helped create the ACES Resuscitation Course, which has impacted the training of critical care specialists in Canada and abroad for over 20 years. He started the online Family Satisfaction tool, which is now a standard of care for all Ontario intensive care units. Dr. Neilipovitz played a pivotal role in leading and teaching hospitals, the LHIN, and colleagues in the COVID-19 pandemic including highly effective Solving Healthcare Webinars.
