A two day learning experience packed with distinguished guest speakers and ample hands on learning. At the end of the regional anesthesia panel discussions, participants will be able to explain the safe and evidence-based practice of regional anesthesia in select populations. At the end of the rebound pain panel discussion, participants will be able to explain the concept of rebound pain and its management. At the end of the regional anesthesia workshop, participants will be able to describe the relevant anatomy for regional nerve blocks and will be able to describe and demonstrate point of care ultrasound assessments. The 1st day is a full day 8:00AM to 5:30PM and the 2nd day will be a short half day 8:30AM to 12:00PM. Hosted by the Department of Anesthesia, Western University.
